"I was very pleased with my stay at the Tropic Garden Hotel. Upon arriving, I noticed a few bugs in my room. When I brought the issue to the staff's attention, they responded immediately and moved me to another room without hesitation. I greatly appreciated their promptness and commitment to guest satisfaction. Throughout my stay, the staff was consistently friendly, professional, and helpful. They were always willing to assist with any questions or requests, which made my experience even more enjoyable. The complimentary daily breakfast was a nice addition, and the views from the hotel were absolutely spectacular. The beautiful surroundings created a relaxing atmosphere and added to the overall experience. Overall, I had a very positive stay at the Tropic Garden Hotel and would recommend it to travelers looking for friendly service, beautiful views, and a welcoming environment."

"Amazing Staff from The Front Desk to the Housekeeping Team and every Hotel Employee i had met they were so friendly and made sure I had a very relaxing vacation. The Pool area was so clean, and the hotel room bed was very comfortable. The Manager is present and very approachable. Thankyou to everyone for the lovely vacation stay."

"Nice clean place, very wonderful staff doing the food facilities. My check-in receptionist was not very welcoming. House cleaning Wednesday staff stole my MacBook Pro charger. Yes the hotel has a room safe but forgot to secure all my chargers so they choose to take the Apple charger. The beach is not bad. In the mornings the water comes all the way up to the rocks. The one swimming pool is nice with the center water bar other swimming pool is away from the beach. I think it is a wonderful family friendly place as they have the feeding of the vultures at 11:30am everyday and the monkeys are seen during breakfast time on the rooftops. Water and drinks are best bought at the mini supermarket outside the resort."

"I will definitely come back! The staff are so caring, helpful and kind. They go out of their ways to be sure you have everything you need, whether that’s in your room, poolside, by the beach or in a restaurant. I had a club villa, with a beautiful terrace with two large sofas, a table and chairs. My room was so big and each evening, during turn down service, they closed my mosquito nets (although thankfully there weren’t any mosquitos!). I came to stay here as I knew they had Thai chefs, from when I’d come here for dinner in a previous visit. So the Thai food was fabulous, but so were the breakfasts. The eggs shakshushka were probably the best I’ve had anywhere in the world. I even asked the chef how to make them! There are plenty of pool options and they were always quiet, with the sound of the waves breaking in the background. Poolside cocktails tasted fabulous and they even have my favourite, banana daiquiri. The hotel does feel a little dated, but it’s still fabulous and I loved my stay. I was disappointed by the spa, they always cut treatments way short of the amount of time I’d paid for and other guests noticed the same thing. They seemed disorganised and left the changing rooms messy. However, it’s nice to have well priced massages in site."

"We had one of the rooms on the beach, which was the most amazing location. 30 metres from the waters edge, so to go to sleep to the sound of Atlantic waves was amazing. Comfy bed, we slept 8-10 hours per night. Also had a pool, shared with our neighbours. Food was ok, the Strip was a 15 minute walk away. Did a one say Safari to Senegal which was AMAZING."

"Everything about the apartments was excellent apart from a problem with the Wi-Fi and this was remedied swiftly by the staff who supplied a brand new router for us. I would happily stay there many times it is a lovely place with lovely staff "
