Located on the first floor, in the upscale neighborhood of Ponta da Praia (channel 6), close to the Municipal Aquarium of Santos, half a block from the beach.

Seguro, limpo e bem localizado a meia quadra da praia no canal 6.

Experiência muito boa, tudo correu bem. O imóvel está localizado a meia quadra da praia, em uma bairro residencial. A redondeza é cheia de restaurantes, bares e comércio em geral. O prédio é bem bacana e os funcionários prestativos e atenciosos. Recomendo!

Perfeito e confortável!

Trata-se de uma Sala Living muito bem equipada com ar condicionado split inverter, máquina Lava e Seca de ótima qualidade, TV LCD, TV a cabo com ótimo pacote, e internet de boa qualidade... e bem localizada, em uma região de Santos que reúne o melhor da cidade litorânea: praticamente na frente do Aquário de Santos e do seu lindo Jardim, perto do Canal 6 e bem próximo a padarias, supermercado, farmácias e lanchonetes. Permaneci um mês no apartamento e recomendo com satisfação. Agradeço imensamente ao Rodrigo e Gervanda, sempre atenciosos. Muito obrigado!

Excelente, formidável

Gostamos muito do imóvel em que ficamos por um mês. Aproveitamos bastante as férias e descansamos da vida cotidiana. Gervanda e Rodrigo muito solícitos e prestativos e educados, como todos os porteirxs e zeladxres, todos nos atenderam muito bem, além de todo povo santista. Como fui de carro podemos aproveitar e conhecer várias praias além da baixada santista. Quanto ao imóvel tem tudo que uma família necessita. Faço destaque como ÓTIMO para o chuveiro, fogão elétrico, ar condicionado INVERTER e máquina de lavar roupa e SECAR, mas o restante (todos) dos eletrodomésticos também foram excelentes ( cafeteira, micro-ondas, liquidificador, som, TV a Cabo, e som com DVD, e até uma secadora de toalhas muito interessante). Pretendemos voltar ano que vem, se DEUS quiser. Muito Obrigado, Rodrigo e Gervanda.

muito bom

Muito boa hospedagem para 3 pessoas. Tudo estava funcionando bem, microondas, lava e seca, geladeira, secador... Tem todos os utensílios domesticos, como talheres, panelas, pratos, vasilhas, enfim. Prox a praia, uns 5 minutos andando, porque na verdade a praia é so atravessar a rua, mas a parte que tem areia é um pouco mais pra frente.Recomendo!!!

Passei alguns dias em Santos a trabalho e fiquei contente com a minha escolha. O apartamento é compacto porém tem tudo o que você precisa para uma curta-média estadia. WI-FI e AR que funcionam e por um preço justo. Obrigado.

Aconchegante apartamento no canal 6

Eu a minha namorada passamos uma noite no apartamento. Nossa experiência foi bem agradável. A Sra. Gervanda foi muito gentil durante a nossa estadia. O apartamento é bem decorado, super limpo e seguro. A praia é pertinho e adoramos caminhar no calçadão da praia. Obrigado pela dica do restaurante da esquina , o peixe estava uma delícia. Os proprietários e funcionários do edifício foram super atenciosos. O apartamento e bem decorado, limpo e tudo funciona muito bem. Passei duas noites e não precisei usar o carro pra nada. (praia, bares, supermercados, etc.)

Thanks for an Amazing stay in Santos!

Oi! I had a really great time in your apartment Rodrigo. The flat was compact, very clean and all I could need. The internet a big bonus, I've found it hard finding places with wifi in Brasil. Rodrigo kept in contact and was very informative. I'll be looking you up when I visit in 2016. Obrigado!

Apartamento seguro, bem localizado e bem equipado.

Passei 3 noites nesse apartamento e curti bastante. A localização é privilegiada, estava na praia em menos de 5 minutos caminhando. Os funcionários do prédio são super atenciosos e prestativos. A cozinha é super equipada e num dia de chuva acabei cozinhando. Padaria, bares, e restaurantes tudo pertinho. Recomendo.
