Unfortunately I wasn’t able to go to Santorini due to the coronavirus our flights were canceled I am very disappointed in this hotel I was asked to either refund my money or at least give me a voucher for future visits and they denied it it was beyond my control but I wasn’t able to go I think that’s very unfair I would not recommend anyone to this hotel. If the government shut down the flights it is beyond my control I feel the least that they could’ve done was to offer a voucher for future visits👎

Stayed here for a few days after exploring perissa for a week. Hotel room was clean, room was a little dusty in places- but wasn’t really an issue! When we checked in, we were told we had two single beds even though i booked a double room, wasn’t really too much of an issue as it’s only a Bed. I would of challenged it but we’d just been walking around for 45 minutes as Expedia have the wrong location for this property. So you end up going round in circles- not ideal! Breakfast was good, just a simple breakfast. Bookshelf was a brilliant idea and the pool area is lovely. Only thing that ruined our holiday was the staff. The cleaner (lady with the short red/ pink hair) very very rude and ruined our holiday. Walked around never smiling or talking to us even after saying “good morning” she then made an awful comment and inappropriate gestures at my partner- if we didn’t only have one night left I would of left there and then. I have never been so mad and experienced such terrible customer service! Such a shame because everything else was okay at the hotel for an average priced holiday in the area. Never return there again!

Location: eccellente, molto vicino al mare e situato in una delle migliori spiagge di Santorini Camera: molto minimalista, niente armadio, solo un letto, due comodini ed una scrivania, bagno in camera anch'esso minimale, senza bidet e senza cabina doccia, c'era soltanto una tenda. Balcone gradevole, con piccolo tavolino e due sedie, ma quasi inutile essendo che la stanza non ha cucina e la colazione è compresa nel prezzo Servizi: non hanno cambiato gli asciugamani come avrebbero dovuto, quindi è stato necessario dirglielo. Una volta ci hanno fatto trovare la porta del balcone aperta. Colazione: pessima, solo latte, caffè o succo di frutta (di un solo gusto), e gli alimenti erano tutti provenienti da scarso supermercato. poca scelta ed alimenti sempre uguali. Personale: molto disponibile, ti viene incontro, cordiale.
