Great views of the Caldera . We had a very enjoyable couple of nights here, the accommodation with air conditioning, fridge, electric jug, tea & coffee making facilities, crockery and cutlery, double bed, wardrobe, desk and chair, a good bathroom with a great shower and a balcony with furniture and shade cover was every we needed. The views are spectacular and the property is quiet and secure. The staff were friendly and helpful particularly with the transfer of luggage.

Our entire experience was phenomenal! Mrs. Tamara’s (housekeeper) service was great, always leaving the room impeccable and replenished daily. Miri (assistant) was very kind, patient, and helpful with our luggage between the pickup point and hotel upon arrival and departure. Minas (host) was super kind, responsive and provided helpful recommendations for restaurants and fun activities, along with providing reasonable accommodations, upon request. We will definitely return to Amphitheater in the future! Thank you 😊

Absolutely Amazing! We had a great time staying at The Amphitheater Cave Hotel. The entire experience from start to end was well thought out. Minas is an excellent host and will help make all the arrangements for any activities or dining you might consider. The hotel was beautiful and the location is perfect. The views all around are amazing. The balcony at sunset is something we will remember forever. The unique charm and character of the room made the stay a little more fun. Santorini does have a lot of stairs and hills everywhere. It was very nice for Minas to help us arrange a private transfer from the port and someone to meet us and carry all our luggage down many stairs to the hotel and back up again when it was time to leave. Thanks for a great time and we will do our best to come back to visit again!

We had an incredible stay at Amphitheater! The concierge (Minas) was very helpful with a smooth check in process and communicated well using WhatsApp throughout our stay. He arranged rides for us, made a restaurant reservation, and booked an amazing sunset cruise for us. The view of Fira and the caldera from our balcony was stunning. Mrs. Tamara cleaned our room each day and Miri was wonderful to carry our bags from the road to the hotel. We definitely recommend Amphitheater for a memorable vacation to Santorini!

The rooms were gorgeous!! Felt like I was staying in a very authentic part of Santorini. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, they even helped us with our luggage. The area was very close to all of the main shopping and made it easy to visit the town. Overall my favorite stay from the entire trip! I would definitely stay here again!

One of my all time favourite accommodations I’ve ever stayed at! The room was incredibly clean, and so organized/neat, and looked as it did in the photos! Ms Tamara is amazing, and pays so much attention to detail!! The space was big, and we loved the separation of the kitchenette. Now the best part of it all for us was the view!! Breathtaking view from our balcony. We loved that there were not only chairs with the table but lounge style chairs too! The secluded, quiet, and direct view was exactly what we dreamt of! Minas was the nicest ever, very helpful, and such a joy to meet :) Miri was so kind, and helpful with settling in! Location is amazing as it is right by the lively areas of Fira and by the bus station!! We will definitely be back when we visit Santorini next, and I would 10000% reccomend staying here!!

Excellent views from the property. We had the most helpful and friendly staff helping us out. Please note that this is on a cliff and getting in and out of this place requires a steep hike (stairs).

Amphitheater Cave House is a very special place with a wonderful host, Minas. Minas greeted us warmly with many suggestions of where to eat and things to do. They were all wonderful. The cave house is centrally located in Fira and is a very nice accommodation to experience a cave house for the first time. Santorini is lovely too.

Gorgeous view and kind owner

Minas (the owner) was a delight - so helpful, making dinner reservations for us and giving us tips about the island. And the "Terpsichore" room (number 7) apparently has the largest private terrace in Fira! The view can't be beat.

Minas and his staff made us feel right at home, and as we learned parts of the property were his childhood home. Great communication and helpful suggestions. The accommodations were clean and well maintained. Beautiful views off the patio that we enjoyed sunsets every evening we were there. Would recommend!

Amphitheatre has the BEST Calera view of Fira. It is very close to the edge of the cliff with breathtaking view on the private balcony. Close to bus station. Very quiet but convenient to the town center with all the shopping and restaurants you need. Thank you Minas!

Perfect location with a great view. Walking distance from the main bus terminal and a short walk to the main square with lots of food and shopping options. The unit we stayed in is charming and classic with natural features to keep the room cool. Private outdoor seating area to enjoy breakfast and dinner as you watch the sunset. Quiet place for relaxation. Minas and Rambo provided excellent service which makes our experience even better. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again.

As we arrived we were granted by very strong man. (Miri) to help us with our luggage. Helped us to carry it all the way to our room. We checked in with Minas whom was extremely friendly to the point that he makes us feel as we were long time friends. And was able to provide us with any assistant, suggestions on bars, restaurants and activities. I feel like we arrived as guest of the hotel, stayed like friends and were treated like family. With plans to return and visit our new family. Thanks Minas and all the staff for making us feel like family.
