The pool is very nice and a good size pool area with great views. The gym is old and doesn’t have free weights. Just a machine that’s is really low quality and a tread mill. The building is well located in a. good area with great food next door. Amazing bakery (Boca), great caffe shops and restaurants in the same block as the building.

Excelente ubicación, amabilidad de las personas en recepción, habitación muy cómoda, personal de limpieza muy amable, excelente presión de agua lo único fue que faltan buenos cuchillos para cortar, una tabla y el dispensador de jabón de ducha y shampoo no servía

O apartamento era limpo diariamente. Tivemos problemas constantes com queda de energia no apartamento e um dia ficamos sem água quente devido a manutenção que estava prevista para terminar as 18h terminou apenas as 8h do dia seguinte.

Localização perfeita, muito perto do shopping Costanera, metro perto, mtas opções de restaurantes, bairro super seguro...o apartamento é espaçoso, chuveiro é bom, tem utensílios de cozinha suficientes para refeições simples, só os armários da cozinha que estão velhos, mas ok. Eu recomendo mto por conta da localização.

A localização é excelente, ambiente limpo e tranquilo, senti falta de pano de chão e mesmo após pedido não obtive retorno sobre. Havia limpeza diária e troca de toalhas a cada 4 dias. O box não tinha porta, apenas uma divisória, o que molhava o chão e não tinha como enxugar. Tirando a logística do banheiro, foi tudo ótimo!

Apartamento excelente!!

Apartamento excelente, varanda com vista maravilhosaaaa da cidade, mto bem equipado, cozinha completa, cama confortável, chuveiro quentinho, banheiro grande. Anfitriã Laura é muito simpática, educada. Preco bem justo. Otima localização. Supermercado 24h e restaurantes na porta. Maribel, quem faz a limpeza, é muito solicita, gentil e caprichosa. Experiência otima!! Recomendo.

En general estuvo bien. Sin embargo, el baño de la habitación tenía una evidente fuga de agua por un mal mantenimiento, lo que generó una preocupación por la manera de botar el agua además del ruido que esto produce.

O hotel é ok, não oferece um grande conforto, a limpeza do quarto é precária e não trabalham com parcelamento. Rentasuite e hotéis.com se saíram um desastre na minha viagem de férias.

Todo bien. Solamente no funciono wifi y fono a nuestra llegada a medianoche. Tuvimos que buscar chip por suerte al frente habia tienda 24 horas. Al hacer booking por su pagina, se nos ofrecia el desayuno. Cuando marque numeros de mi tarjeta por magia desaparecio la oferta del desayuno. Un consejo en sus ofertas no ofrezcan lo que no tienen. El resto estaba bien. Tranquilo y limpio.

Fue mi primera vez en Rentasuite, me gusto mucho el servicio, el personal muy amable, el departamento siempre muy limpio, la ubicacion muy central cerca de la estacion del metro, de muchos restaurantes, centros comerciales, casas de cambio, supermercados. bancos y tiendas. Altamente recomendable.

Todo estuvo bien, excepto que al edificio e incluso el departamento le falta mantenimiento y sobretodo una limpieza profunda. La ubicación es excelente en Providencia a 4 cuadras del Costanera Center y en una zona muy comercial.

El portera esta las 24 hs del dia y me dió las llaves cuando llegué todo sin problemas buena ubicación y a pesr de ser pequeño es muy cómodo para 1 o 2 personas
