    Free parking is available in association parking lot. Only park in designated areas. Do not block green trash dumpster.

    PETS - 2 DOGS MAX - MUST BE ON BOOKING

    Dogs are the only pets allowed. Pets must be declared on the reservation. Pets must be kept on leash at all times while outdoors. Guests with pets must clean up after their pets. Additional cleaning fees may be applied if additional cleanup is required due to pets. NO PETS IN POOL AREA.

    Guest's account must have a verified direct phone number on their profile which will be checked prior to reservation. If host cannot directly contact guest on their phone number listed on their profile, the host reserves the right to cancel the reservation prior to it beginning.

    SMOKING/VAPING - NO MARIJUANA, VAPE, CIGARETTE, ETC

    No smoking of any kind - cigarettes, marijuana, vaping, etc - a minimum $250 fee will be charged for odor removal if the property smells of smoke, or if any evidence is found that smoking occurred inside the property. Marijuana is illegal and not permitted anywhere on the grounds.

    POOL - REGISTERED GUESTS WELCOME

    Registered guests may used the pool and outdoor bathrooms. Follow all posted rules. Pool towels provided. No loud music, parties, food, drink. Children must be with an adult at all times. No pets.
    Make sure gates and doors are closed at all times. Registered guests only - no visitors.

    GRILL - REGISTERED GUESTS WELCOME

    Registered guests may use the grill and picnic area. Fire should be monitored at all times. Guests must clean up all trash and tidy furniture. Fire should be thoroughly soaked when finished. NO GRILLING ON UNIT PATIO

    The maximum occupancy in this property is 8 people. Any guests not declared on the reservation that arrive without permission will be vacated off the property for trespassing. All guests must be declared on the reservation.

    CHECK OUT - PLEASE FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS

    Please follow check out procedures prior to departure. Additional cleaning fees may be applied if the house is left messy and unorderly.

    Late check-out fee of $50 will be applied if you have not vacated the property 30 minutes after 10 AM check out time unless prior permission is granted from the host. If check out is more than 2 hours late, you will be charged for an additional day and will be charged at our base nightly rate of $350, but this does not award you to stay for the additional day as this could impact other reservations.

We recently stayed at this condo, and while the location was absolutely amazing, the overall cleanliness and upkeep were very disappointing.When we arrived at check-in time (4 PM), the cleaning staff was still there. After getting inside, we noticed that every bed had black hair on the sheets that appeared to be dog hair. I reached out to the host, and while they did arrange for the cleaner to return, it wasn’t until around 9 PM that night. The cleaner apologized and mentioned she usually lint rolls the sheets but had been rushing, which was concerning.Unfortunately, cleanliness issues went beyond just the bedding. There was dog hair all over the couches, and many of the dishes in the cabinets were dirty—we had to rewash them before use. The vacuum provided didn’t have proper suction, making it difficult to clean anything ourselves, and the broom was not very usable (no dustpan provided).There were also a few maintenance concerns: the freezer did not work, and the main bedroom had no overhead lighting—only a lamp. The bed in that room was also quite uncomfortable.Overall, the location is a huge plus, but the cleanliness and attention to detail need significant improvement.
