"Die Lage des Hauses ist sehr ruhig, es gibt eine schöne Dachterrasse mit Aussicht auf das Meer, sicher im Sommer fantastisch, wir waren im Februar mit viel Wind unterwegs, da kann man sie nicht nutzen. Die Ausstattung ist völlig ausreichend für ein Ferienhaus, es fehlte an nichts. "Some good things: Very nice welcome package with some essentials from host Excellent location Nice to have an outdoor shower to keep the inside sand free Host very easy to reach and very responsive. Some issues: Most importantly there were cameras inside the property, one of which was pointed towards the door of the bathroom. We did contact the host and we covered them with a sock during our stay but it made us all very uncomfortable. Only 1 towel per person in a house with a pool and...

"Pros: The outdoors of the house is great! Only a 5 minute drive from Santanyi center and very peaceful. The house is very clean and well equipped for a group. The hosts are very nice and responsive throughout the trip :) Cons: The trash situation - you need to drive 10minutes to take out your own trash despite paying for cleaning in the reservation price. In the photos the downstairs room had 3 twin beds not 2."

"Pros: Very spacious house, which had everything we needed. Amazing sitting area at the front and back of the house as well as bbq facilities, at the front and the back. Cons: Nothing we did not enjoy, however it was a bit hard to find the place as when we entered the address from the location on this booking, it took us to another house, however the host was very quick to respond to our messages and we got there eventually. Another thing was that we were not told that we would have to take out...

"The hosts we’re amazing, kept in contact throughout and prepared the property ready for us to stay. Even let us check in a little early to use the pool whilst they finished. The location was great as we had a car, but you’d definitely need a car to stay here. Its quite rural and cans would probably be more expensive than that. The house was very rustic, with a pool smaller than the pictures allowed you to see. The area around the pool was very pretty with many plants. The bbq could do with updating...

"On arrival we were shown around my the manager of the property, who though nice enough forgot to show us the outside locked utility room. My husband is fluent in Spanish which helped. The pool is set aside from, and not visible from the villa, along a stony dusty path. My pillowcase was dirty. When moving the two single beds, a dirty dusty sock was discovered. When we moved the sofa bed there was dust and a dirty hair and under there. We had one bath/shower mat for two bathrooms, 1 towel in...
