"It’s a lovely hotel with great views right in the middle of all the action. Did not have a bar. I borrowed an umbrella and left it in an Uber and the front desk was very upset with me. I’d still go back again the rooms are nice. "

"The safe was locked. I was unable to open it. I went to the frond desk to report the issue. I was told that the maintenance technician would come over to fix it. He never came."

"This hotel experience was great , the location is awesome 10-15 minutes away from octava maravilla and 5 minutes away from provenza . The breakfast was always fresh and delicious with 10 different options . The staff was on point but the only downside was the cleaning company, the will only take out the bathroom trash or fix your bed but when it comes to cleaning the bath tub or bathroom sink I will give it a 0 star , one of my Contacts lenses felt on the sink counter and it was seating there for 2 days straight after they supposedly clean the room ."

"Our room and the public areas of hotel were immaculate. Kitchen was supplied with everything you might need: dishes, glasses, silverware, pots & pans, fridge with freezer, coffee maker, small appliances, and even a pair of scissors. The free breakfast was huge and well stocked throughout the breakfast hours. We couldn't have been happier with this hotel and would stay there again without hesitation. "
