"The rooms are extremely small, even in the premium category. While the hotel appears relatively new, the bathrooms showed signs of mold and were not properly maintained. Amenities are essentially nonexistent, which was disappointing given the expectations. The service was also a major concern. The staff was not particularly welcoming, and the situation with the manager, Lina, was especially troubling. Communication was difficult due to the language barrier, and her behavior toward my friend was inappropriate and unprofessional. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel. There are far better options available with improved amenities, better service, and more convenient locations closer to main attractions."

"The location of the hotel was perfect, very close to Santa Fe Shopping Mall. Breakfast was great with lots of choice in both local and international options. The hotel itself I found a bit outdated. The floor of our room (415) had marks and spots on it which, at first glance upon arrival, makes you think that the room had not been cleaned. The mirrors as well had fingerprints on it. "
