"Fantastic hotel with lovely rooms, facilities and grounds. A wonderful array of delicious food. Excellent, friendly helpful staff. Wonderful service at the bar and particularly bar area where staff would ask if you would like a drink whilst you were sat at the terrace. Daniel and the reception team were so kind and helpful to us and particularly in respect of assisting us with an unfortunate incident on the train. This had absolutely nothing to do with the hotel but they went above and beyond with their kindness...Daniel especially and the manageress offering us a complimentary spa. All the reception staff offered most excellent customer service in every way from making telephone calls to arranging taxis. Thank you to you all. We also had a lovely room upgrade. Thank you also Expedia for fantastic customer service."

"Upon arrival, staff were very helpful and friendly. Hotel and grounds were great and maintained to a high standard. Room was clean and had all we needed. Great selection of food available from the buffet restaurant. Pools were great. We had a great stay and would definitely return in the future."

"Apart from the storm that hit us on the first day whats not to like from this hotel .the views over the beach when the storm hit was amazing. The staff are always helpful.you do have to walk a fair bit for some off site food.the breakfast and even meals are more than adequate. Rooms are clean and tidy it's been a lovely 6day stay"

"Coming from Canada, we are used to go to All Inclusive and we were well aware the experience would be different. we wanted to enjoy beach time European style and we were not disappointed. Nice property, clean grounds, nice pools. You do not need to have dinner at the hotel, there are multiple choices outside the hotel. However, we had dinner at the hotel a couple of nights and it was great. The only down, which we knew was that you have to walk a block, and under the train rails (a tunnel) to make it to the beach."

"My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights and had a wonderful time. We stayed in a room with an ocean view and it was just wonderful. We used our balcony in the morning, late afternoon and every evening. It was perfect. Staff were friendly and helpful, however the lines were usually long to talk to someone at the front desk. The location was perfect. Very close to the train station and so many shops, restaurants and pubs. We would definitely come back to Santa Susanna and stay here again!"
