This property is professionally managed by Beach Habitats 30A and comes with 2 bicycles and access to Watercolor Amenities, including the Beach Club and Camp. 6 WaterColor amenity wristbands are included, people ages 5 and up are required to wear them when attending the neighborhood amenities.

Luxury condo offers you a taste of the quite beach life, right in the heart of Watercolor. Just a 5 minute walk to beautiful white sand beaches and world class beach club. A multitude of delectable restaurants and the best seafood cuisine on the gulf coast. Nearby you will also find access to eco-tours, spectacular fishing, world class golf, spas and many activities for kids. Year round outdoor community events, live shows and fireworks. The best of vacation resort living with the comforts of home.

The condo is centrally located in a beautifully landscaped, Cerulean Park and is situated steps away from the town center and private beach club. The luxury condo is finished with beautiful hard wood and tile flooring throughout as well as top of the line appliances and high-end furnishings. Our park front accommodation sleeps 6 and includes 2 bedrooms furnished with flat screen TVs. The Master Bedroom is furnished with an incredibly comfortable KING BED and includes a walk-in closet and master en-suite bath. The Guest room includes a comfortable Queen bed and twin over twin bunk, closet and en-suite bath as well. All top-quality bedding and linens to ensure a 5-star hotel quality experience. Enjoy park views from large wrap around balcony in the condo - dine or indulge in cocktails in the dining room, kitchen or on your private balcony. Or, cozy up with a movie in the comfort of living area furnished with an flat screen television and DVD player. The kitchen is fully equipped including a coffee maker and everything you will need while you are in town. Included for your convenience is free wifi, free North America calling and free upgraded cable access.

Weddings are not allowed at this condo. If this policy is violated, you may be asked to vacate the property and forfeit any rental payments as well as be subject to HOA, community and Beach Habitats fines. This unit is on the second floor and the building does not have an elevator.

Amazing spot!

Great condo and perfect location!

Loved our stay and the condo was great, with the location being perfect!My only complaint is that the second bathroom did not have a window covering and the 3rd story condo next door could see directly into the shower. I used command strips and a towel for a temporary fix, so it ended up being ok.That being said, I would still rent this unit again!

Perfect Week in Watercolor

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful time staying at this beautiful condo in the heart of Watercolor. The located is excellent given we could walk to Seaside (10 min), the Beach Club (3min), and Club Watercolor (15min) very easily. The condo itself is beautiful and clean and looks exactly like the pictures. We loved sitting on the porch listening to the water fountain and people watching. They have coloring books, cards, and a few games for kids. The kitchen has everything you need (except we couldn't figure out how to grind the salt/pepper to use). Plenty of towels were provided. We hope to stay again in the future!

Wonderful condo

The condo was perfect. Great location. We had one problem with our ice machine and maintenance fixed it within the hour. Watercolor itself has become very nickel and dime. The beach is lined with watercolor chairs and anyone wanting to bring their own chairs has to walk far to get a spot. You have to pay to park at Camp Watercolor and Beach club now.

Great place

Great, comfortable place. Very clean and updated. PERFECTLY located - close to Beach Club and the beach, as well as several restaurants. My only complaint is the very poor WiFi. It’s unacceptable for modern times. No complaints about anything else. Just so future guests can provision accordingly, you get one roll of paper towels and two rolls of toilet paper for your stay. You will likely need to include these items in your stop at the grocery store. There were several boogie boards and a beach umbrella, but no beach chairs. I read one of the reviews before our trip that complained about loose cords and worn carpet. This review should be removed, as there is no carpet in the place. The bad review must have been from before a renovation.

The decor is beautiful and the space is so nice. I love the addition of the bunk beds in the guest room as well. The location is perfect for everything, from pool, beach and shopping. I love my mornings on the patio with a cup of coffee. The rental company is by far the most courteous and hospitable to work with. Their quick response and exceptional customer service is the best! We will be back and we will stay at this beautiful condo. Thank you!

The unit was extremely clean & the throw pillows, rugs & outdoor cushions were as good as new. The kitchen was well stocked. Our only complaints were the Internet was extremely slow & we would have liked a better cable package. It only had basic cable so channels were limited.

Beautiful Condo and Area

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family and I loved staying in this condo. The location is perfectly located close to all amenities. Right outside the condo is secluded and quaint. We enjoyed looking out at the pond from the pack porch. The condo is beautifully decorated, simple and comfortable, but tasteful. The bed in the master bedroom was not as comfortable as our bed at home, but good enough. The kitchen had everything we needed, though pots and pans are non-stick, so if we stay here again we will bring one from home. The washer and dryer was convenient and clean. The bathrooms were spacious and had plenty of towels. When we arrived the thermostat was set on heat, so when we changed it over there was a musty/mildew smell, but that's not uncommon and lessened during our stay. We enjoyed using the boogie boards and playing the board games. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would stay again in the future!

Awesome location and beautiful condo

Last minute booking for our family and didn’t know what to expect - what a great location! My sons are asking to come back next year already. Highly recommended and the host was extremely easy to work with.

Amazing condo

We absolutely loved this condo. It was in the perfect location and the layout was perfect for our family. The condo was clean and came with everything we needed. The Wi-Fi was a little spotty but nothing too bad. We will definitely be back next year.

Great Condo!

We absolutely loved this condo! Being on the second floor gave you very high ceilings! The beds were comfortable, the kitchen amazing with excellent high end appliances, and the bathrooms were awesome. Would totally recommend and stay here again. Being so close to the beach club and trails was top priority! Everything was clean and when we had issues with the WiFi the first two days, the management company was quick to respond and get it fixed.

Location Wonderful!

We’ve been staying in Watercolor for many years. This was our first time to try a new place outside of our usual rentals. The property was spacious, and extremely well located. The beach as well as tons of amenities were within walking distance. There was plenty of room for my family four to spread out, including our infant son. Our favorite feature of the house where the porches, which included a screened in porch, as well as an additional large porch overlooking the beautiful park in fountain.
