Sip coffee or wine from the comfort of a serene front porch, screened in sun room or backyard patio. This home welcomes for solo travelers, couples with a young child or small pets.

    Located south of scenic Highway 30A off Dalton Drive, you can easily bike along 30A to your favorite spots from Seaside to Rosemary Beach, and everywhere in between. Enjoy quiet beachside experience in the slow lane without worrying about traffic, and take advantage of the nearby shopping and fine dining options. With its convenient location, Lil' Tan is the perfect place for your getaway!

    ^^Eastern Lake and Ramsgate beach access are available by foot. Please research about 30A's public beaches prior to your stay!
