What a disappointment

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We werePlaces in a unit next to a huge generator that ran 24/7. I asked to be moved since only a few units were occupied and was told even though I have a service animal card that each unit was individually owned and we were not allowed to move. Left 2 days early due to constant noise and was not reimbursed for the 2 days. Found out from on-site agent, all units are corporate owned. No individual owners.

Solid stay at the Court

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Can’t beat this location in terms of value + proximity to beach + noise level + breakfast spot outside your front door. Nice and quiet at night even though you’re right at the square and felt like we had the space to ourselves. A couple things of note. Two are easily addressed while the third is only a minor inconvenience:- The bed was extremely stiff. Felt like sleeping on a wooden board. It felt like a pull out couch (and I love a supportive mattress). On the opposite end, the pillows were super squishy to the point where we had to ask for more pillows just to level things out. These may be general preferences, but my wife and I woke up each day stiff, sore and not the most rested. If it wasn’t such a fantastic location and beautiful setting, we would have been pretty unhappy. Easily fixed by ordering some decent memory foam toppers and some different types of pillows for guest preferences.- Water pressure was pretty low. Easy way around this is to order some cheap high pressure water heads from Amazon that have multiple settings for guest preferences. Having to wash off Sun screen every day with that pressure was a time consuming process lol- there’s private beach access directly across the street for a spot we’ve stayed at as well. It would be great if they could finagle getting access to the beach there. Beach access was only about a 6 minute walk, but if they got this other spot mentioned, it would only be about a 1 minute walk

The court - great service but locale of room was less then ideal

The property manager Dan was great. Always available. He is not to blame for our poor stay. The place was very clean. But our room was literally right next to a public restroom and restaurant w outdoor seating. It has breakfast, so we were worked up early every day. Also by deliveryrucks. We will not stay at the court again

We requested service our 3rd day. Bed made, new towels, etc. When we got back to the room we had some flowers, a bottle of wine and some fresh beach towels waiting for us. They absolutely went above and beyond!

Pros: location and beach access. Cons: TINY - just a queen bed and bathroom; no space for additional furniture No housekeeping service No daily garbage pickup - unless requested No clean towels - $50 fee to get clean set No daily restocking of coffee, water No privacy /No sunshine - with shades up, everyone walking on the path in front of your room can see inside; with shades down, you can’t enjoy the sunshine Definitely wouldn’t recommend.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall we had a lovely stay. It was clean and the staff was very kind and helpful. We didn't expect there to be no bathroom door, not ideal, and not that we went to watch tv but to note it is not lined up with the bed making it difficult to watch at all. We took our honeymoon in June and to my surprise, by no fault of The Court, Seaside was much busier than I had ever seen. But, with our room being on the road just behind the town center there was noise all night long, people talking and cars driving by. There was also noise from the coffee shop right outside our door at 6:30am, but it was convenient to have Black Bear right outside and is in walking distance to everything you'd want in Seaside.
