Pure luxury is the best way to describe “Sunkissed”. If you are looking for the perfect beach vacation for your family, "Sunkissed" is a great choice. "Sunkissed" features one of the premiere locations in Naturewalk, situated directly across from the pool and adjacent to the beach trail, it backs up to the Point Washington Forest Preserve providing privacy and a great view. This professionally decorated home was a recent model home and is appointed with the many upgrades you would expect in a model – custom cabinetry, pine hardwood floors, custom lighting, and premium fixtures to name a few. "Sunkissed" comfortably sleeps 8 guest in 4 bedrooms. There are 2 Master suites both with King beds and private baths with walk in showers, a Guest suite with a Queen bed shares a large bath with the Bunk room that has built-in twin over twin beds. All bedroom suites feature premium bedding/linens and smart TV’s. The first floor features an open floor plan, great for gathering after a day at the beach. The well equipped kitchen complete with granite counter-tops, high end stainless steel appliances, and both a Keurig and traditional drip coffee maker.
Trips to the beach are easy and quick in the 6 person, street legal golf cart or jump on one of the 4 bikes for the less than 1 mile ride along the beach trail to the San Juan Beach access.
After a day at the beach or pool, relax on one of the 3 covered porches, 2 of which are screened for optimal outdoor living. The lower front porch features a relaxing porch swing to go along with a teak table/chairs. The upper screened porch offers a relaxing view of the Pool/Gathering Place and has seating for 8.
The NatureWalk community is within biking distance of our famous sugar white sand beaches and within steps of all the dining, shopping, and fitness options located at WaterColor Crossing (including a Publix). Directly across the street lies 'The Gathering Place', a vacationer's wonderland complete with 2 pools (one heated), hot tubs, fire pits, entertaining bar, and of course a children's playground. Located less than a mile from the beach and adjacent to the famous coastal village of Seaside, NatureWalk perfectly encompasses the laid back attitude and southern grace that make up the 30A lifestyle.

No Pets:
Unfortunately, pets are not permitted in Sunkissed at NatureWalk on 30A. No exceptions will be made. Guests who violate this policy will be charged an additional $500, plus the expense of any necessary steam-cleaning or deodorizing. Violations may also results in immediate eviction and forfeiture of rent.

Golf Cart: The Golf Cart is provided to the Guest by a 3rd Party Vendor, BeachWalk Vacation Gear, LLC ("BVG, LLC"). The rental policy signed is between the Guest and BVG, LLC. Golf Cart is not owned or provided to the Guest by the Homeowner or BeachWalk Vacation Properties, LLC.
