"I wanted to like this space but there were a few things that were really disappointing. First, when we arrived the location instructions were super confusing and ended up taking us to the wrong spot. Then as I was looking for the check in instructions from our host there were none and had to message the host for them. Because we were overwhelmed with trying to figure out where we were and if we were in the right space I didn't see the host replied to my question about the check in instructions...

"This is not the building where we ended up staying. We arrived here and they had no record of our reservation. I reached out through VRBO to the host with no response. Thankfully the doorman at the building in this listing was able to give me the phone number of the person who hosts the rental. She told me that she was instead putting us in a building a block away. After I explained that we had a ton of luggage she had to come with her car and pick us up. The only reason we went forward with her...

"This booking was better than the pictures in my opinion. The host was extremely communicative and even went as far as to provide a video showing how to get to the property which was extremely helpful. Definitely very clean and it was an incredible place to stay. Could not recommend this host more. They were incredible and very very fast to respond with any questions we had."
