"Perfect location, 10 min walk into the old town. Was able to leave luggage and collect key on arrival which was appreciated and then could return after 3 when room had been cleaned. It was quite noisy with road noise at the front where one bedroom was and at the rear where second bedroom was due to building work. This didn't really bother us as we were out early in the morning and returned at bedtime. Communication really good and met by a friendly representative from Italianway on arrival."

"This hotel was stunning and we recommend this beautiful hotel. We had a roofbox and outside parking was no issue unlike some other hotels we stayed in on our trip around Europe. The room and building, breakfast and facilities were excellent. The staff we great but we had one issue with the shower and water temperature in the morning which was cold. On querying with the reception I was told the water should be allowed to run and it would get warm, they checked but the water was still “cool” but at the correct temperature. Have both us showered we know that cool (and no way to increase the temp” was correct. This was the only downside of our visit, but we will come back the next time we are in the area as this did not detract from this being one of the best hotels we have stayed in over the many years of travelling."

"All remodeled very clean room and bathroom. We also had a small balcony. Every room had its own theme and name. Ours was Comic and nicely designed with painted wall with black and yellow with same color chairs. Staff were really nice and helpful. Breakfast was really good. The host/waiter which unfortunately I forgot his name was very nice and helpful. He would make you any kind of coffee drinks you would ask. Location was great, five minute walk to convenient store and less than 10 minutes walk to the center, all restaurants, ferry and shops. Reception closed at 8 pm but you enter the gate and the building with your key."
