BE CAREFUL! I booked this hotel for three nights back on August 27 of 2025, several months in advance of my Feb. 16th, 2026 check-in date. The agreed upon rate after tax was C$2,690.40. At time of checkout, the hotel charged me €2690.40. When I brought this back up with the hotel, they denied responsibility. ...

Entire upper floor is for your use. Three large bedrooms and two bathrooms. Very quiet—it’s a sheep farm. Hostess Sandra speaks excellent English and is very helpful. I loved the fancy coffee machine. It has a nice view over the whole town of Matrei.

Cozy, pieceful and clean flat with amazing scenary
This year was the 4th time when we use this flat and I am sure that is not going to be the last time! It has great location - high in the mountain with spectalular view. It is so quite, peaceful and relaxing.. and of course skiing is very easy - either using the two slopes in the back of the house ...
