"I had a wonderful stay in Villaviciosa. The apartment location is central with cafes, a bakery, grocery stores, restaurants, and 2 green spaces/parks all within 2-3 mins walk. There is plenty of street parking available. The apartment is clean and spacious enough for 2-3 people. It is managed by a management company, but upon arrival I was put in contact with the owner, Rosa Maria. She was extremely helpful, and very pleasant, and easy, to communicate with. "Abholung Schlüssel halbe Stunde entfernt in Gijon ist nicht sideal, vor allem dort zur Stoßzeit eine Herausforderung.Heizkörper im Wohnzimmer hat kleines Leck, bitte zeitnah beheben.Lage ansonsten perfekt. Parkplatzsuche manchmal nervig , aber man findet dann doch immer einen - Geduld gefragt"
