It should have said in bold and or underlined font “you must come to the office before the property to obtain the key!” The office was difficult to find because in fact it is not in the city of the mailing address, but the adjacent city. This caused hours of confusion and frustration. "We really enjoy our time in Ortisei! The listing was exactly as advertised. We even had a small issue and needed to extend the checkout time, which the hosts were gracious enough to extend us to allow for later departure! We did have to buy laundry detergent for the washer and ran low on toilet paper, but everything else was fully stocked, including the kitchen! Would love to be able to come back again and experience a winter in this magical town! "

"The manager of the property was very nice and helpful, but the owner very strange. The apartment is equipped in a vety basic way which you would not expect in case of property in this price range. Basicaly nothing else than bed, bathroom and kitchen. But things like eletrick cattle, microvave or more than super basic 6 glasses are apparently beyond what the owner considers standard. When we asked about the electric cattle, the owner passed the message that we should heat the watter for the tea...
