Highly recommend staying here if you plan to visit Santa Barbara. Close to downtown and in a nice neighborhood. The host made sure I had everything I need for a wonderful stay. Parking was provided, towels, and an overall clean room.

The small apartment was very clean and the accommodations very comfortable.
I slept very well on the mattress and pillow( better than in luxury hotels and the towels were very soft and quite big.
Janina the host is very cordial and makes you feel at home.Janina is also very prompt in answering any question you have.
She gave good instructions regarding check in process and parking situation.
Her husband is very amicable as well. They both respect your privacy but at the same time you feel like you are family.
I enjoyed sitting in the courtyard and being in the outdoors If I am ever back in Santa Barbara I would definitely stay in the same place.
I highly recommend the place
The studio was so damn adorable! Very clean, we got to the location and the key was hanging on the door. The refrigerator was cold, perfect for our waters. We had no problem with the studio itself, the only issue was the parking.
There is no street parking on Mission Street, I had been advised to park on the right side of the drive way, my car barely fit in the designated spot due to another car parked in front. I still strongly recommend this studio, close to State street, I was going to a concert and we actually rented bikes and rode bikes to the concert, because it was close enough.
The accommodations were pretty good. The check-in was easy, and the unit is pretty nice overall. Bathroom looks well done, towels are plush. Kitchenette has a sink, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, good-sized mini refrigerator, utensils, and a few other appliances that could be used. Bed was a good size and comfortable. Samsung TV was nice too. Maybe the best part of the unit was a good working AC unit, as it was a little warm during my stay.
My only negative feedback about the experience was that there was some work going on at the property during my stay, which I received no communication about prior to or during my stay. Workers making noise at about 8am the first morning of my stay, and I originally thought it was the next-door neighbor making noise. I feel that I probably had a less stellar experience that just about everyone else who has written reviews about this property, as I was bothered by some of the noise that took place. The workers were completely nice, (ie said hi and moved their truck as it was blocking my car in the driveway), I just wish I had received communication about it so that I knew what to expect and could have made a decision whether to keep or cancel my reservation.
This was a really lovely stay. Very well appointed and comfortable. I love the outdoor seating area. And would definitely stay here again. It’s small, but very organized. The host was easy to communicate with.
Easy to get to, easy to check in. Super clean & quiet. The amenities and layout make the most of the space. The kitchen is well-stocked and has lots of appliances if you want to prepare food on-site. We didn’t stay long enough to enjoy the outdoor area, but it looked comfy. Off-street parking was nice too. I would go back!

Very cozy and comfortable...it's on the small side, so was great for this trip, since I was traveling solo. Neighborhood is convenient to the freeway, but still nice and quiet. It doesn't have windows, other than in the door, so it doesn't have views or lots of sunlight, but is a great place as a basecamp in S.B.
This studio looked just like the pictures. The bed was bigger than I expected and very comfortable. I was able to unpack my clothes into the dresser to make my stay more comfortable. The bathroom had more than enough room. Overall my stay was great and I’d book here again. The host was very kind and communicative.

This place is nice, but the TV was set up at a very strange angle. The owners were confused about what date my booking was and were late cleaning. In the morning, their neighbor was doing something next to the studio. I am a light sleeper so that woke me up.
