"I was traveling with two teenagers. What I love most about this hotel is that the hotel room is nice and clean and both my kids can sleep comfortably, one in a single bed and one in a sofa bed. The breakfast is free for kids under 18. Also the location is fantastic if you come for the Biennale. It’s one stop from the Giardini location if you take the boat, and 10-15 minutes if you like to go there on foot. The nearest water bus station is 4 minutes away by walking."

"The staff were excellent and arranged for our transfer to the cruise terminal. The front desk doubles as concierge services and gave us excellent tips and recommendations. The rooms are very clean and the shower was very nice with one flaw. The floor was slippery so ask for a mat and they are available. Overall a 9/10 and 10/10 for staff and 10/10 for breakfast."
