"Questa è una piccola struttura a conduzione familiare. La colazione era piuttosto buona. C'era un grazioso cortile antistante. Sì, hanno un piccolo parcheggio, ma ho dovuto parcheggiare in strada. Per entrare nella struttura e nella camera servivano tre chiavi separate, e ho avuto difficoltà a far funzionare la chiave della mia camera, quindi non sono uscita per cena per paura di rimanere chiusa fuori, dato che ero una donna che viaggiava da sola."

"We had an incredible 4 weeks in this property with friends and family, including babies and children. The location and view are just amazing. The owner was incredibly helpful and arrange periodic cleaning and fresh linens. I can highly recommend it and would love to return. The views from the roof terrace are stunning and the beach is incredibly child friendly and stunning blue. "

"Excellent facilities, staff and service. Only thing I could say should be improved is the quality of the sweet pastries at breakfast as it was the only element not being at 4* level. Amazing stay overall! Would highly recommend."

"Beautiful location. We had a fantastic premium room with balcony. Hotel had robes, slippers and all the bathroom amenities needed. Solid breakfast choices. Staff was friendly overall. Marco checked us in, gave some great suggestions for dinner and beaches and walked us to our room. He exudes 4 star service with a smile."

"We had a wonderful stay here. The staff are really welcoming and friendly, it was particularly nice to meet Rodney who spoke perfect English and introduced us to some wonderful new drinks while we enjoyed our stay. The hotel is located overlooking the beach and so as you fall asleep you can listen to the waves. It’s a perfect base for exploring some of the adjacent islands and trips to Porto Flavia. We had such a good time, we forgot to take shots of the room, but the best thing is the photos on the website are representative of the hotel. Go on… book it! "

Un vrai petit paradis pour se détendre et s’amuser. L’emplacement est top : proche de la mer et de plages magnifiques au sable blanc, le tout dans une région pleine de charme avec des marchés locaux délicieux à deux pas.Et que dire de l’hôte ? Incroyable d’avoir une telle disponibilité et avoir autant de gentillesse ! Toujours réactive, même quand le frigo a eu un souci et tout a été réglé très rapidement. On s’est sentis accueillis et accompagnés du début à la fin.Franchement, foncez les yeux fermés, cette location est un vrai bijou ! On reviendra sans hésiter !"

"Our first trip to Sardinia and we spent a few days in Baja then drove to Maladroxia for a 4 night stay here. By far our favorite part of the entire 3 week trip to Italy. If you are searching out of the way spots like Maladroxia then you are probably looking for a very relaxing vacation oppurtunity and this home will do all that for you. The pool is yours. The upstairs is yours. 3 bedrooms, all have A/C. The upper terrace in the photos is yours and includes morning sunrises and the outdoor kitchen. We had relaxing pool days with a short walk to the beach as well as day trips on a sailboat, another to swim grottos, and see other beaches. The rental is a short trip to SantAntioco town that would have everything you need. The even better part of the trip for us was the host family, they are absolutely wonderful people! We chose to engage with them but if that isn't your style then you will have your space. Can't overstate the amazing breakfast awaiting you every morning. The pool is clean and the pool deck a perfect combination of sun and shade. Beds are comfortable and the home itself is a very classic feeling Italian compound. The experience here could bring me back to Italy just by itself! No need to worry further - if this looks like its for you then rent it. You will not be sorry, we sure weren't. Enjoy your stay!"
