"Very clean, great views. Room was spacious and comfortable. Location was good. Lots of stairs, but that's Positano!"

"Very welcoming. The bed and bedding was wonderful. The breakfast delivered each morning was freshly prepared and delicious. Would definitely stay again."

"The property is great. Staff very helpful."

"Well situated by the sea, especially given the Luis Vuitton Cup yachts were practicing in the harbour. There is a lovely bakery and bar underneath the accommodation and it is easy to walk to the older part of Naples"

"The property is located perfectly to walking distance of metro that you can travel all around, walking distance to lots of restaurants and stores. It was confusing at first the address but we found it.. it’s and old property beautiful completely remodeled to new construction but very nice, ample, clean, the room was perfect for our group of 4. "I stayed a night in a lovely appartment of the Relais Castel Nuovo. The appartment was cozy with a gorgeous view of the bay of Naples and close to the heart of the gastronomic and touristic hotspots of the city. It was ideal for my trip."

"The location was excellent, the breakfast was very good and the room was very clean. The downside was there was a lot of noise that we could hear from our room. Very poor noise cancellation as we could hear people enter the suites and having breakfast."

"Great"

"We liked that it was close to major transportation, it was clean, and the AC WORKED!"

"We stayed for two nights and happy with everything. The host was responsive and instruction to checkin were very clear. Room was clean and added bonus of Netflix so we could watch tv whilst relaxing in the evening. We didn’t see the host but he was only a message away if we needed him. Hotel is 10-15 minutes walk from station. Overall good stay."
