To access the villa there is a path which is 110cm wide alongside 17 steps. The front door has a width of 220cm, whilst the door to the terrace is also 220cm wide. The poolside can be accessed from the first floor where there’s 17 external or 15 internal steps. The surrounding pool area is flat, whilst the pool has step access. Inside, there are no ground floor bedrooms. There are 15 steps to the lower ground floor where the twin bedroom and shower room doors are 70cm wide.
