"This hotel simply isn’t ready to be open.
During our stay we experienced:
* Room flooding every time the shower was used due to poor drainage.
* Construction dust throughout the room.
* Air conditioning failed across the hotel for our entire first day.
* A major power cut.
* We had to move rooms twice because the door locks didn’t work properly. At one point we were even asked to leave our belongings in an unlocked room as they ‘weren’t sure which rooms had working doors and needed to...
