The Space:

Welcome to 1377 Sandcastle, where every space is designed with your comfort in mind. The living room is a spacious and inviting area, perfect for gathering with loved ones. It's equipped with a large TV and comfortable seating. The kitchen is a chef's dream, complete with modern appliances, ample counter space, and all the tools you need to create culinary masterpieces. The dining area is conveniently located adjacent to the kitchen and offers a comfortable space for enjoying meals together. The primary bedroom is a private sanctuary, featuring a king-size bed and a luxurious en-suite bathroom. The two guest bedrooms offer queen-size beds and comfortable furnishings. The fourth bedroom is perfect for kids with its full over full bunk bed (capable of sleeping 4 children). The two guest bathrooms are well-appointed with all the essentials. Outside, the private pool beckons for a refreshing swim, and the BBQ grill is ready for your cookout. The patio offers comfortable seating for enjoying the Florida sunshine. The garage provides secure parking for your vehicles.



Guest Access:

Guests have access to the entire property and garage.



The Neighborhood:

Located in The Dunes Golf and Tennis Club Community, which is a fantastic subdivision of almost 400 homes surrounding Sanibel's most desirable 18 hole golf course. This property is located just a short bike ride to many of Sanibel's beaches as well as less than 5 minutes causeway access for those wanting to skip traffic lines during high season. For those groups of guests that desire pool access, guest memberships are available for those staying at this property, inquire with The Dunes for more information on pricing. As of 2023 the price for a non-resident family/group membership was approximately $400 monthly and included access to the community pool, among other privileges.



Getting Around:

We recommend bikes, golf cart or a rental car.



Other Things to Note:

We are available as often as necessary but provide guests privacy to enjoy their vacation in peace and serenity.



Interaction with Guests:

Guests must complete a rental agreement prior to checking in.

A non-refundable cancellation fee of $300 will apply for reservations cancelled prior to the cancellation policy window. This fee covers our credit card processing fees on a refunded deposit payment.
