Welcome to our newly updated beachfront retreat on Sanibel Island! Located in the iconic Loggerhead Cay complex, this top-floor condo combines modern elegance, high-end amenities, and sweeping views of the Gulf.

The Space
• Living & Dining: Open-concept layout filled with natural light, ocean views, dining for 9 (6 using our marble table and 3 using our counter stools), designer furnishings and a 52” Smart TV.
• Gourmet Kitchen: Fully equipped with new appliances, Ninja Possible Cooker, large serving tray for easy lanai dining and a dedicated coffee/drink station that has a Keurig K-Crema, traditional drip coffee maker, coffee grinder and Vitamix.
• Private Lanai: Enjoy warm gulf breezes through no-see-um screening overlooking the beach and large heated pool. Dining for 5, (4 using our table and 1 using our lounge chair with C Table which will become your favorite spot on the trip).

Bedrooms & Bathrooms
• Primary Suite: King bed, direct lanai access, Smart TV, and brand new designer’s en-suite bathroom with a 48” luxury vanity with a designated blow dryer drawer and Kohler spa shower that highlights the owner’s Sanibel Tile Art mosaic.
• Guest Bedroom: Queen bed + 2 XL Twin Bunk Beds (sleeps up to 4 adults), Smart TV, and adjacent all new full bathroom with Kohler spa shower and a full wall marble niche.
• Tech & Charging: Bedside CubieBlue charging alarm clocks with Bluetooth speakers in both bedrooms, plus a tabletop wireless charging station in the living room.

Beach Amenities & Extras
• Full-size in-unit washer & dryer with plush owner supplied beach towels. Please use beach towels at the beach, pool or just sitting on our new chairs and couches.
• Private storage locker stocked with owner beach chairs, umbrella, cart and cooler. 2 large owner supplied colorful beach bags located in guest bedroom closet.
• Board games are stored in the cabinet under the living room TV.
• Take a Book/Leave a Book Library is in the dining room cabinet.
• Ambient lighting can be used via battery operated shell decor in the living and dining room. Extra batteries are supplied in baskets above the washer and dryer.
• Beach dining place mats, linen napkins and napkin rings are provided.
• 2 small owner supplied white small waffle blankets are provided for your use.
• Please be kind, respectful and return all owner linens cleaned to their original storage location so all of us can enjoy these items. These items are not provided or laundered by Sanibel Holiday.
