Great location and well maintained property. Checkin and checkout process was easy. Management company answered all of our questions prior to arrival promptly.

Beautiful Condo in a Beautiful Resort

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location on a lovely, quiet beach. Condo is fully equipped with everything you will need, very clean and stylishly decorated. Would absolutely stay here again!

Traveled with wife and two teenagers. Unit was clean and as advertised. Location is great just steps to beach. Parking was easy. Overall, stress free stay.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was our first visit to Sanibel Arms, but not to Sanibel, and we were very pleased with the unit and property. Having an in unit washer and dryer was a big plus.

Our family loved our stay at Sanibel Arms! The beach was just steps away, and while it was a little crunchy with shell fragments, softer sand was close by also. The condo was clean and had a perfect balance of amenities allowing us to cook for ourselves most nights. The salt water pool and tennis courts were well maintained. Additionally, the staff was extremely accommodating when we had a mix up on our end of the reservation process. Recommend the Sanibel Arms to anyone looking for a beach access and comfortable place that feels like home!
