The moment you walk into Compass Point 162, you'll be taken away by the unobstructed and breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico, right from your living room and private lanai. This two-bedroom unit also features a den, equipped with an office desk and can sleep up to six guests. Whether it's pelicans diving down to catch their morning meals or a pod of dolphins swimming by, you'll truly enjoy the tranquility and peacefulness of this condo without ever feeling like you’re in a condo complex. It’s the perfect weekly getaway!



As you walk into the condo you’ll notice a den area off to your left and from the kitchen that is perfect if you need to get work done and features a day bed. Across from the den area is the guest bedroom that features a king bed and a shared hallway bathroom. Walking further into the condo you’ll enter the spacious kitchen and living area. Off from the living room is the primary bedroom that features, not only a king bed and updated ensuite bathroom, but also has exquisite views of the Gulf as well. Enjoy your morning coffee or nightly cocktail out the lanai that can be entered from the primary or the living room. The living room features a sleeper sofa for extra space. If you’re not enjoying the beach, take a dip in the complex’s heated pool, play a game of tennis/shuffleboard or enjoy grilling out by the BBQ grills.
