Enjoy our condo in this tropical paradise surrounded by great sandy beaches, exquisite wildlife (dolphins galore), miles of endless bike and walking trails, shopping, golf, tennis/ pickle ball court, and of course the finest restaurants. Our Condo is located in a very private, quite corner of Coquina Beach Condos ,which is an intimate upscale Gulf-Waterfront 40 unit complex with its own private boardwalk to your private beach, tennis/ pickle ball court, private heated pool, picnic area, and barbeque grills. Staying here at Coquina 2H , you are steps to your beautiful sandy, shell filled beach and just steps to our refreshing pool. Coquina Beach is located at the eastern end of Middle Gulf Drive and is just a short walk or bike ride to many favorite Sanibel locations. The condo was renovated two years ago, including both bathrooms, appliances, and beautiful custom tile flooring throughout the condo. The beds are all new. This property was perfect for our family! It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. It is quite literally steps from the beach which made things so easy for us. The hosts were extremely helpful with recommendations and their communication was amazing. We plan on visiting again!

First time in Sanibel and this rental was perfect! Clean, beautifully remodeled, and steps from the beach. Well-stocked with beach gear (umbrellas, chairs, towels, toys) and very comfortable beds. Spacious layout ideal for families or groups. The pool is located right behind the condo. The owners were very responsive and thoughtful. Despite some island construction from Hurricane Ian, we had plenty of dining options—loved The Shack for dessert and Gramma Dot’s for sunset. We loved our stay and can’t wait to return!

This condo was perfect for our family of 5. Ken was responsive and super helpful before and during our stay. We really appreciated all of the suggestions for things to do and places to go. The condo was clean and nicely renovated and had everything we could need for a great trip. The beach supplies are a bonus, and saved us a lot of that we could spend on supporting the local restaurants and businesses instead! I would book again in a heartbeat!

Perfect stay on Sanibel

We had a great stay at this totally renovated condo on Sanibel Island. Ken went out of this way to ensure the condo met our expectations. Condo felt brand new and in the perfect location on the island just steps from the beach. I’ll definitely keep this place at the top of my list for future visits.

Ken was the best host we have ever had! He was available to answer questions and give us tips and recommendations. The condo was immaculate with plenty of space and no need to take your beach supplies or bikes because they have it all! Everything was as described. When I ran into a swarm of no-see-ums, Ken contacted someone locally and was able to recommend a remedy. It’s a very short walk to the beach. The beds were super comfortable and we all slept well. Excellent water pressure and well-stocked kitchen. Highly recommend this rental and the owners. You will not regret it!

Look no further!

I rented this space from Ken for a 5 night stay in Sanibel for my sister’s wedding. We had a slight hiccup upon arrival in which we reached right out to Ken. He was not only extremely responsive, but went above and beyond to make sure it was taken care of and we were all set the remainder of the week. It’s a beautiful place, conveniently located and just steps away from the beach, and some of the most popular restaurants and rental spots on the island! They had everything and more that a young family with an infant and busy toddler could need, especially for the beach! I would highly recommend this spot and plan to rent from them again in the years to come!

This was absolutely beautiful

This condo was absolutely fantastic! Tiffany and Ken are amazing hosts. They were incredibly responsive, and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The condo was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed. The televisions came in handy for March Madness. The location was perfect, with parking, easy walk to the beach, and our favorite restaurants just minutes away. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

From the heated pool to the beach just a few steps away, this well furnished two story condo, had everything we needed - from linens, to beach gear and a well-equipped kitchen. Quiet and beautiful location, with wonderful breezes, and you can smell the sea air! Thanks Ken and Tiffany!

My family of 7 adults stayed in August, 2021. The Condo was large enough for all of us. Every amenity you could think of was available and the pool and beach were simply amazing. The owners were a delight to deal with and we will definitely be coming back to stay at this wonderful condo!!!

Our entire group truly enjoyed our stay. The owners were extremely responsive on questions and provided great tips and suggestions regarding the Island as this was a first visit for us. Beach access was a short walk from the unit. We did not need to bring any beach chairs, towels or beach cart as there was plenty for our group. Plenty of towels and everything we could need was in the kitchen. Final note - the beds were SUPER comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!

Family Beach Trip

My sister and I took our mom and our teens to Sanibel for sun and seashells. We booked this condo last minute and the host was incredibly responsive and friendly. When we arrived, the condo was beautiful, clean, and had everything we needed. The heated pool was warm and the beach was so close…a short, beautiful walk on either a boardwalk or a sandy path. The condo has a screened in patio overlooking the pool. The complex was landscaped beautifully with blooming flowers and palm trees. Our teens played pickleball at the court and rode the bikes. We also took advantage of the beach items available in the condo (beach chairs, balls, buckets, skim board, shell nets) They also had golf clubs and a charcoal grill available, which we didn’t use. The beds were extremely comfortable and everything in the condo looked new. This fit our group of 7 perfectly. We completely loved staying here and would highly recommend! Location was incredible and the beach was full of beautiful shells during our stay. Dolphins swam within a few feet of us. We loved our week here!

Wonderful Property & Experience

My family of 5 really enjoyed this property during our Spring Break. Wonderful location, great accommodations and the experience with the owners was exceptional. Ty and Tiffany were so helpful and responsive throughout the process (e.g., what to expect, recommendations on where to eat, things to do on the island, etc.). The condo had everything you need for a vacation (e.g., stocked kitchen/cooking supplies, beach chairs, beach towels, umbrella, carts, etc.). Great property if traveling by plane or driving with limited car cargo space as everything you need is there. It also overlooks the pool which was nice when the kids wanted to come off the beach and swim. We would certainly recommend to others as Ty and Tiffany provided a first class experience.
