"Terrible neighborhood. This is someone’s run down duplex. How is this property listed on Hotel's.com?? Book for 2 people for a whole week. Never checked in and was never awarded any refund. "

"We are both handicapped and reserved a handicapped kitchen unit. It was not available when we arrived so we had a handicapped room. There were no bars in the wall to get up off the toilet so it was very difficult. The bed and sofa was very low and hard for us to get off of. That was not good. "

"Lights did not work in bathroom and neither did outlets. Made it hard to get dressed because very little lighting in room. No blow dryer No coffee pot. Staff was great. Construction still in process "
