The grocery store, shops and restaurants are a short walk away.The very best part is the beach in front of Villa Renaissance. It is absolutely gorgeous. The view from the patio is exactly as magnificent as the picture online. There were always chairs and umbrellas available on the beach. I highly recommend this condo. "
