"We had no hot water in the bathroom sink, we reported it and it was quickly fixed. We had a really good stay, as usual. Thank you."

"We had a good one night stay at this no frills Hotel! It has everything you need for her comfortable night. The bed was very comfy and the rooms are modern. The only thing it lacked was a coffee maker. There is coffee available in the lobby, but I like to have a cup in the room before breakfast. That said, it was a good overnight stay. The best surprise was the incredible offerings for breakfast! Very fresh and delicious. Our encounters with the staff were wonderful also. Everyone was very...

"Nice newer property. Good location. Staff very helpful."

"Very nice pet friendly hotel. The breakfast was great (fresh omelets) and enjoyed the happy hour drinks. Superb location and easy walking to downtown area."

"We were in Wilmington for my husband’s surgery. The staff was very helpful and attentive to our needs and checked in with us regularly. The ladies at the front desk were fantastic with a smile to boot!!"

"Centrally located, clean room and breakfast area nice and selection good."

"Overall fantastic stay! Staff was super friendly, very accommodating and nice to chat with while staying professional yet leisurely which made for a comfortable environment before even checking in. Rooms were very clean and well stocked on towels, coffee, extra toilet paper, etc and we absolutely loved the 24/hr coffee bar in the lobby that was always full. Will definitely be staying here again when in the area!"

"Great stay."

"The hotel is part of a repurposing of a historic building, and if lovely. The renovation is well-appointed taste tasteful and well-maintained the staff were quite friendly and helpful. The associated restaurant (Dram Yard) was marvelous, with exquisite food offering and a staff that was a joy to deal with. Location was convenient to downtown Wilmington. However, size of the rooms are small, almost more European in design, and there is no elevator between floors. I do love the courtyard. Overall,...

"Wonderful hotel and everyone was helpful and friendly!"

"Clean and comfortable room, although not what I had reserved (booked a king bed, was given a room with 2 queen beds). Staff was generally polite and helpful. Some wear showing in the facility. Location is great, convenient to downtown Wilmington. No airport shuttle, even though it’s only about 5 or 6 miles away. I’d stay here again."

"Breakfast and bar seemed small for the size of the hotel and no room service available. Had to go offsite to"

"Everything was great. A little more detail could have been given to the cleanliness of the room. There was hair on the shower walls"

"Spark is a new concept in budget hotels that works for us. Breakfast is simple but good. Furnishings are minimal, Ikea-like, but comfortable. No coffee or microwave in room, but both available in the lobby."
