"Clean rooms, helpful staff."

"We chose this hotel as we wanted somewhere local or within the same vicinity as we were visiting some relatives in the area. We liked the location as it was only few mins from SM, Starbucks, Mc Donald’s etc. They had towels, dental kit, nice AC, mini toiletries. The only thing is they don’t accept cards and they don’t have much change so you need to make sure you have some spare change or smaller currency with you. The staff were friendly and helpful so no problem with getting credit. If you...

"Their Pool does not exist. It’s very far from our unit and it was closed. "

"Close to sm Fairview mall Staff are nice, the guards ,kitchen staff, front desk , the helper they are very nice . The only concern everyday we have full of garbage we want to throw right away so the is room is clean but we have to wait longer time to clean just the thrush bin . Hope there a big garbage can in every floor that way in case the guest wanted to throw their thrush they can just put outside and that could save the helper."

"Poor management. They locked us in the gate and we were stuck there till we called them to open it up."
