"Small but cozy"

"Without a doubt the best hotel in Matagalpa. Highly recommended! The staff is welcoming and friendly, and were responsive to every need. The room was spacious, well appointed, and perfectly clean. The property is beautiful, with wonderful gardens and a very secure location. It is a peaceful oasis in the heart of the city. Too bad I can only give it five stars. Everything was perfect."

"My stay was very short. So Isabel arranged a tour of the things I told her I wanted to see. She and the staff provided fast an friendly service. I had a wonderful time there and hope to return when I have more time."

"Main issue was the parking was on the street. A busy narrow street. Front desk did help to secure a spot and later in the evening I was able to move my vehicle to right in front. To me self parking available is a lot off street. Otherwise, it is a solid 3 star property that is appropriately priced."
