"We stayed at Casita Maya for our first ever trip to Mexico and we had a fantastic time here! It really felt like staying with fun friends. Very relaxed energy, very beautiful space. Daniel is the MVP! He was always joking with my husband and was very quick to help with anything we needed throughout our stay, like numerous taxis and answering many questions. "I've stayed at various places in Cozumel over the years, but this one was the best in terms of location and value. It's just a short walk to the taxi stand and to the city center. The hotel gardens were well-kept and added a relaxed atmosphere to my stay. The room was clean and well appointed with daily housekeeping. Coffee and sweetbreads made the mornings nice. "We booked the room with the large balcony right off the malecon and the views were stunning from 2 sides. Book this room if you are able. It was amazing to wake up to these views. Hotel is very clean, staff is beyond nice, location is walkable to many great restaurants and our dive shop, parking though small was more than adequate for our needs, beds were comfy and WiFi and AC worked well.
