Everything is walkable. The beach access is directly across the street, so having a beach day is so easy and convenient. Counting down the days until my next excuse to book again!"

The only issue we found with location is that there are 2 restaurant/bars in very close proximity. If you are into this, you are golden. But they are very very loud. "It would be hard to beat the location of this property. With busy summer Pismo crowds it was so convenient to be able to walk to all the spots we love in downtown. The space was adequate for 6 and modern. I would recommend bringing extra towels if traveling with 6, but there were plenty of blanket and pillows."
