"This was our second time visiting Costa Rica and our second stay at the hotel. The staff were so friendly, professional and extremely helpful. The wait staff were amazing and friendly, we had a late night dinner and drinks after a long travel day and all was delicious and promptly served. The lobby and bathrooms were so clean and organized. Any encounter with staff whether it be at the front desk or cleaning staff were so friendly and welcoming. Thank you and we will be back next year! Pura Vida!"
