The Lofts at Santurce is a boutique apartment building in the heart of Santurce, Puerto Rico, offering a stylish blend of modern design and urban charm. Located in San Juan’s trendiest arts district, the building is surrounded by vibrant street art, eclectic cafes, lively nightlife, and cultural hotspots. Just 15 minutes on foot to the beach and a 10-minute Uber ride to Old San Juan, it’s the perfect home base for exploring the best of the city.
Each loft is designed for comfort and convenience, featuring spacious layouts, contemporary furnishings, air conditioning, and smart amenities. Whether you`re visiting for work or leisure, The Lofts at Santurce offer a stylish, centrally located retreat in one of Puerto Rico’s most dynamic neighborhoods.
*Apartment:*
Guests have full access to the entire 2-bedroom, 1-bath unit.
**Parking:**
* A parking pass for a nearby garage is included with your stay—details will be provided at check-in.
* Free street parking is available, though it may be limited during business hours.
The apartment is situated on a lively city street, with a bus stop on the same block for easy public transportation access.
We’re available via phone, text, or email throughout your stay. Don’t hesitate to reach out if you need anything!
Please note that there is ongoing construction in the building. We’ve coordinated with the HOA and construction crew to ensure minimal disruption. Work is limited to 9 AM - 5 PM, Monday to Friday, with noisy projects starting after 10 AM. The crew typically finishes by 3 PM, but they may work until 5 PM if needed.
As we are located on a tropical island, power outages can occasionally occur. While we do everything we can to ensure a comfortable stay, we are not responsible for area-wide outages that are beyond our control. Thank you for your understanding!
*No: parties, physical fighting, illegal activities, unregistered guest, pets or SMOKING. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment or the building. A $200.00 PER DAY FEE WILL BE CHARGED TO GUEST WHO SMOKE IN THE BUILDING OR APARTMENT.*

Before you go, please:
1. Put your trash outside on the sidewalk.
2. Turn the AC units to 77*.
-Check-out is 11AM
-You will be charged a late check-out fee of $50.00 for unauthorized late check-outs.
-If your unauthorized stay is 2 hours past the 11AM check-out time you will be charged a fee equal to the days base rate without discounts. These fees do not entitle you to unauthorized extended possession of the property.
-You will be responsible to reimburse us for any refunds we give another guest due to your unauthorized late check-out.
