"Sound Proofing in room was no such thing as you can hear the people TV on in the Next Room also them Talking on the phones it says there are two pools but you can only use one and you are sitting so close to each sun lounger beds that you can hear people breath also the reception staff are so rude and unapproachable"

"The shower on 4th floor didn't work, roller blinds on window didn't work, showers were dirty. Ok location."

"The hotel is old and tired but in a great location however the noise is terrible I stayed three nights and I was not able to sleep. The noise from the corridors and the rooms are the worst I have encountered in staying in hotels. The bathroom was cleaned everyday and the reception staff were lovely and friendly. Unfortunately the noise would prevent me from staying at the hotel again"

"Room was small. It's room for 3 star hotel, not for 4 star. Nearby are excellent 4 star hotels with spatious rooms. This room is basic , but the price wasn't basic. All in all, this is 3 star hotel ( at least it look like 3 star hotel), not 4 star hotel."

"Firstly, the two key things: - shower: fantastic - bed: firm, comfy Nice big room, very clean. Only small criticism is the hairdryer was a bit feeble. Lovely staff who helpfully let us check out a little late so my wife could join an important online meeting from our room. 👏👍"

"Excellent hotel, very central, great staff and very friendly. Shops everywhere and about 10 minutes walk from Alicante bus station. Superb!!"

"There was no free breakfast but a part of the property is a coffee shop. A young man working there was as pleasant and helpful as he could be. I thank him and hope he makes it over to the US."
