This spacious inviting condo has 3 master suites and a half bath, with a large dining room and great room big enough for the whole family. A lovely big BBQ on your patio offers additional seating and outdoor dining. Remote-controlled shades on the upper windows supplement the air conditioning system to ensure a perfect indoor temperature even in the hottest months.

The condo has WiFi, and the stylish kitchen sports granite counters and stainless steel fixtures, fully equipped for cooking with upscale appliances.

This San Felipe Vacation Rental is a perfect haven to relax and re-energize, blending old authentic Mexico with stylish decorating close to pristine sandy beach, private resident pools, and golf course. Maximum occupancy is 8 guests with 6 pool passes only (children 12 and under free). Pool passes are issued by the resort office which closes at 4:30PM — arrive after 4:30PM and you will not have pool access until the next day. A $100 refundable security deposit is required on arrival. Off-road vehicles are not permitted in this community (exception for Baja 250/1000 race teams). Check-in is 3PM-8PM with a $25 late fee after 8PM.
