Located in a quiet residential neighborhood, within walking distance to great resturants, bars, coffee shops, grocery store and Bird Rock (la Jolla); Far enough from the hustle and bustle but close enough to enjoy it!

The studio is high end and well appointed. It comes complete with a large Flat Screen television, Wi-Fi, Direct TV, fully furnished kitchen, breakfast table, chest of drawers, Queen Diamond Mattress, convertible leather futon (fresh linens included), sky light, and beach essentials! You will find everything you need to enjoy the beach! Beach chairs, fresh towels, boogie boards and a Soft Surfboard.

Pet Friendly. The quaint courtyard is beautifully landscaped and has a BBQ and Teak Picnic Table and is shared with two other great rentals.
