OB is a vibrant, bohemian neighborhood with a fun SoCal beach vibe. You will be able to walk to great brewpubs and restaurants in just minutes. Stroll down Voltaire street and engage all your senses for all kinds of delights and sights. Our studio is located in one of the most desirable areas in Ocean beach. No matter what direction you head, you will find yourself immersed in the pulse and grove of OB. Located only 3 blocks from one of the most popular beaches in San Diego and the famous OB Pier. Stroll down to the beach, or mosey along popular Newport Ave. OB offers new breweries, fun restaurants, antique shops, surf shops, surfing, taquerias, and great sunsets.

Perfect for a romantic getaway or road trip destination!

There is no A/C but being so close to the beach, you get a great sea breeze, but just in case, there is a portable fan (stored in the closet).

Thoroughly cleaned and disinfected between stays and contact-free check-in.

We had a great stay! Lots of things to do within walking distance for adults! Definitely suggest leaving the door open to sleep with the fan on the summer! Overall a great stay!

Amazing Experience

The check-in & check-out process was extremely easy and quick. The room was amazing cute and perfect for me and my wife to have a fun stay in San Diego. What we really liked was the cleanliness and comfort level which added to our relaxed experience. Lastly, the host was also very responsive to our questions.

This rental was everything we needed. It was clean, easy to find and get in, located in a great neighborhood and relatively close to the dog beach. Most days we could park super close to the rental, and there were a few days we had to park about a block away. Couldn’t have asked for anything more

Convenient stay for some beach time

Cute studio apartment was perfect for one or two people. It's an easy walk to the beach, many restaurants, coffee shops and stores. It's a little loud being in the airport flight path, but no problems at evening bedtime when there are few flights.

Comfortable Stay for a Quick Visit to OB

My husband and our dog enjoyed the property for a short trip to Ocean Beach/San Diego from Las Vegas. The bed was comfortable. We were walkable to shops, restaurants, and the beach. We had no luck with parking out front of the property, but found nearby street parking spots and when it came time to load up and leave, there was parking in the back alley. It was nice to have the fan, we would have died without it because it does get warm/stuffy in the space. If you're a light sleeper, you might find it difficult with the passing airplane noise overhead, but you'd likely hear that anywhere you stayed in OB.

Perfect place to spend a few nights

This rental was the perfect location to spend a long weekend when in town for a graduation party. The rental was exactly as listed with even more provided than we anticipated. We didn’t have a car so I can’t speak to parking, but we had no problems hopping into Ubers on the street. We were also a 10 min walk to the beach, and another 10 min to an area with a lot of beachfront restaurants. There was also coin operated laundry right behind the unit, and, though you could hear planes throughout the day, it was overall a quiet area. Hosts were friendly and responsive. Would definitely stay again!!

It was a good spot. Getting in may be a little tough bc of parking, so just park in the alley and unload and then go find an actually parking spot. But otherwise it was a cool spot. I'd invest in some blackout curtains, especially for the skylight

Old but good location

Very dated and could really use new plates and kitchen utensils. Great location. Overall, San Diego is beautiful with beaches and green spaces. Liked Old Town very much.

Nice clean little cottage, close to food and entertainment. Long walk to the beach and parking is a hassle but overall good experience only stayed 2 days but had a good time
