THIS COTTAGE LENDS TO A WONDERFUL VACATION DESTINATION FOR YOU AND YOUR FAMILY. OUR FAMILY HAS BEEN ABLE TO ENJOY THE 'SEALE SHACK' SINCE 2010. WE HAVE MADE MANY WONDERFUL MEMORIES AND WE ARE READY TO SHARE THIS EXPERIENCE WITH OTHERS. THIS IS A PERFECT COTTAGE FOR A SMALL FAMILY BUT WILL ALSO ACCOMMODATE UP TO 6 PEOPLE. THE SEALE SHACK FEATURES 2 BEDROOMS AND 2 BATHROOMS. MASTER HAS ITS OWN PRIVATE BATHROOM AND QUEEN SIZE BED. SECOND BEDROOM IS SET UP WITH BUNK STYLE DOUBLE SLEEPER ON BOTTOM AND SINGLE ON TOP, THERE IS ALSO A SINGLE SLEEPER TRUNDLE PULL OUT. EACH BEDROOM IS SET UP WITH THEIR OWN TV'S /INDIVIDUALLY CONTROLLED AC AND HEATING UNITS . DINNER SEATING FOR ENTIRE FAMILY. LAUNDRY LOCATED INSIDE JUST OFF THE KITCHEN. GALLEY STYLE KITCHEN WITH ALL AMENITIES. PROPANE BBQ ABLE TO GRILL UP TO 10 STEAKS! GARAGE FULL OF TOYS INCLUDING SUP / BIKES / BOOGIE BOARDS / SKATEBOARDS/ TENNIS RACKETS / SAND TOYS AND MORE! SINGLE CAR GARAGE PARKING BUT CAN ONLY FIT A VEHICLE NO LONGER THAN 192". LARGE FRONT DECK PATIO (approximately 400 sf) IS SO WELCOMING AND MOST LIKELY WHERE YOU WILL SPEND MUCH OF YOUR TIME RELAXING AND PEOPLE WATCHING (ACTUALLY THEY WILL BE WATCHING YOU WITH ENVY) ENTERTAINMENT SYSTEM WAS PROFESSIONALLY INSTALLED AND FEATURES OUTDOOR SPEAKERS FOR ENJOYING MUSIC ON THE DECK. This home will be delivered to each guest in a professionally cleaned condition. This property is professionally deep cleaned after each guest with our normal focus on highly touched areas and extra care to deep clean every area exposed to use. Collect all used towels and leave in the bathtub
Any 'beach' items used please return where you retrieved them brushed off/free of sand. If any item broke/got lost or stolen, please let me know so I can replace it.
