"So very tired and worn. No kettle in room. Photos make this property look far nicer than it is. On arrival we were put in a room at the rear of the property, with a window facing a cliff, overlooking an extremely noisy extraction fan of some sort. No bedside lights. Worst room in the hotel, I hope. No a/c, so the window had to be opened on a muggy day. We complained and got a new room, with very little concern from the staff. This time with a view over the valley, so at least you could open the...

"This was an amazing find! The room was spacious with a separate dressing area and huge bathroom and spotlessly clean. The staff of this family-run hotel were extremely friendly and helpful. The fix-priced menu for dinner was excellent and inexpensive and breakfast was brilliant with scrambled eggs made to order and a wide selection of savoury and sweet items. Great value for money and definitely to be recommended. "

"Wonderful hotel run by wonderful people. This is the second time that I stay here: Last Summer they rented me a bike for free and I went all around Lake Iseo; this year they offered me a discounted ticket for the famous spa, which is the town’s main attraction. It was a pleasure to talk with the owner of the hotel and share stories with him. And it is always amazing to admire and taste the huge variety of cakes being offered for breakfast. "We had a one night stay to go visit a local business. This is a family run establishment and you are treated like cherished guests. Dinner was great and of good value. This would be a great place to have a small wedding or anniversary. The rooms are simple and clean. "
