Adjacent to the kitchen, the laundry room includes a full-size washer/dryer.

An alcove adds flexibility with a queen-size foldout couch and a beautiful locally crafted hardwood desk paired with a 27" HD monitor. Family-friendly amenities such as board games, cards, and puzzles are also provided.
