"Sheets were not clean. Sheets are not breathable fabrics and the area is very humid. Our room had no fridge or microwave. Asked housekeeping twice for towels and never got them. Room smelled like mold and had black mold stains on ceiling. Bathroom walls had hair on them. Hotel is next to a very loud bar that is open until 2am on weekends. Doors closing in rooms around us were loud and constantly woke us up. I wasn’t expecting a palace but even the very bare minimum is not met here."
