"I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. There was hardly any staff available, and no one was there to assist us properly. We even had to carry all our luggage upstairs ourselves, as there was no staff to help. The room was extremely dirty — especially the floor. It was so unclean that I had to ask for slippers just to be able to walk inside the room. Instead of bringing them to my room, I was told to go down to the reception and collect them myself. "We had a lovely stay at HNN. We were given a warm welcome & everything was clearly explained. The room was very clean with air con & complimentary hot drink tray. Also a mini bar which was charged for. The beds were comfy & although there was a bit of traffic noise in the evening, it was quieter in the night & we all slept well. Breakfast was continental, with a good range of breads, pastries, cheese, jam, yogurts & fruits. They had some pre packaged gluten free items for my coeliac husband...

"We stayed two nights at this hotel in June. The location is very convenient, about 10 minutes walk from the train station and easy to find. The room was clean. The staff was helpful and friendly. He spoke to the cell phone and translated to English, so we had no issues understanding each other. They left the breakfast in our room and carefully covered the drinks since we went out early. The price was reasonable. We will come back if we visit the city again."

"Cleanliness was mediocre. The cleaning team was not doing a proper job, bed not made, no replacement towels, besides, one of the cleaners was constantly spitting while doing his job. Disgusting! "
