The neighborhood is an older, urban area which is undergoing revitalization. My home is one of the first homes on the block that has been updated.
No large parties or large gatherings allowed. My home is better suited for vacation or business travelers, families, single people and couples.

This is an adjoined townhouse, but you will have the entire house to yourself and can enjoy your privacy. If you would like more space and it’s available, you can rent out the other townhouse. You will have all the essentials you need to have a relaxing stay in downtown SA.
