Beautifully renovated modern townhouse only 1.5 miles to the heart of downtown on a corner lot. This location is fabulous for events at the AlamoDome which is within walking distance. Downstairs offers granite kitchen with island, stainless steel appliances and continuous dining & living space. There is a locked Master Suite that is not readily accessible to guests, this suite is an additional rental unit, a sign is posted on the door stating No access to guests unless authorized.

There is no common shared spaces, what you see in the listing is all your space.

Private fenced in Therma Spa Hot Tub in the backyard.

ROKU TV in bedroom and living room. Security camera system in front and side of property. NO cameras in private Hot tub area. *Complimentary packaged snacks included. Keurig flavored coffee, BBQ Grill and patio furniture is included. Baby playpen/sleeper and highchair is available upon request.

Private ThermoSpa Four person Hot Tub (80L x 80W x 35 D) with 32 jets & Wood fire pit (brand new). Owner of the property take no responsibility/liability for any accident, injury or health issue resulting from the use of the hot tub. Use of the hot tub is at your own risk. All children under 16 must be supervised at all times.

The neighborhood is an older, urban area which is undergoing revitalization. My home is one of the first homes on the block that has been updated.
No large parties or large gatherings allowed. My home is better suited for vacation or business travelers, families, single people and couples.

This is an adjoined townhouse, but you will have the entire house to yourself and can enjoy your privacy. If you would like more space and it’s available, you can rent out the other townhouse. You will have all the essentials you need to have a relaxing stay in downtown SA.

Easy drive to all that downtown has to offer! Within 1-2 miles of the Alamo, Riverwalk, Alamodome, Convention Center, AT&T Center, King William District, Majestic Theatre and Pearl Brewery.

Not quite walking distance to downtown but really close. The house is exactly as described. We got lucky with the weather, the mornings were very pleasant and ideal for the hot tub. My only regret is that we didn’t book a longer stay!

Quick access to Frost Bank Center

Booked for a convenient 10 minute access to the Frost Bank Center for a concert. Our stay was nice and stress free. We felt safe and the hot tub was a nice touch. We had all the essential needs. House was nicely updated. Only recommendation would be a comfortable sofa in living area after walking around exploring the city. Overall communication was minimal but quickly responded when needed.

San Antonio Stay

We enjoyed our stay at this property. Our host, Kelly, was very responsive from the time of booking and throughout our stay. We spent time there with another couple and it was awesome that each bedroom has a separate bathroom and there is also a half bath downstairs. Hot tub was very nice as well as the outside area. The property was extremely clean and definitely met our needs for an extended stay. It isn't really walkable to the River Walk but is extremely close and just a short drive. The neighborhood is an older neighborhood but one that is being renovated throughout. Entry and checkin was very easy.

Great location and hot tub

The location of the property was close to San Antonio attractions like the Riverwalk. The property was newer and in good shape. The beds and linens were super comfortable. The hot tub is definitely why we would rent this place again. The price was perfect. A few issues - the description of the property says that Keurig coffee was provided but this turned out to be just two capsules, one was Folgers the other was a long expired generic hazelnut flavor. I found this unacceptable. Please update the listing to state that coffee capsules are not provided so we know to bring our own. The living room furniture is sparse. The kitchen equipment is worn out and needs replaced. We made it work. Despite some of these issues we'd stay here again and just come better prepared with our own stuff from home. We drove in from a nearby city

Beautiful place to stay

My friend had her bachelorette party here in San Antonio and we stayed at Kelly's place and it was beautiful!! Everything was clean and there were even snacks left for us! We had a really good time here and the hot tub was amazing!

Very clean inside

The inside was very nice, the hottub was relaxing. The only downfall was the property has no driveway so you have to park in the street, sometimes around the corner so its a little work to load and unload. The neighborhood looks a little sketchy and worrisome but we actually had a quiet stay with no issues.

Place was perfect! Exactly what we were looking for! The only disappointment was with Neighboring residents. They were not friendly and a little aggressive when we drove up to unload our stuff. Learned real quick not to park infront of the neighbors property. It was like they were waiting for us to make a fuss. Thank goodness they never bothered us again throughout our stay.

Sam Antonio Livestock show

My daughter and I stayed while she showed livestock at the SA rodeo. Home was well kept and nice. The train was a bit loud at night. The location was a easy drive to the Rodeo.
