Hotel was clean, very well upgraded, room was clean and welcoming, staff was excellent, Juan Jose at the front desk offered very attentive and efficient service and also informative. Overall I give the hotel a 9/10. One of the best hotels to stay in poblado, I’ll definitely recommend all my friends. "

"Nuestra estadía en el hotel fue realmente encantadora. El lugar es muy bonito, con habitaciones cómodas, limpias y con esa sensación de tranquilidad que uno busca cuando viaja. Pero lo que realmente hizo la diferencia fue el servicio, especialmente en el área de los desayunos. Tuvimos la fortuna de ser atendidos por Dana, y su carisma fue algo que marcó nuestra experiencia. "We chose the Hotel for the location to walkable restaurants and Bars, the roof top restaurant and pool. We were a 100% satisfied! The staff is very friendly, the room we chose was tiny but that’s what we booked, because we did not plan to spend much time there. It was cleaned every day very well. We walked out to eat every night and liked the area a lot. For other locations we called an UBER, worked every time. We would absolutely come back! "
