"Beautiful area, the sunset from the pool is AWESOME! The staff is always willing to help, and have always a big smile! However, I would not recommend this hotel for a few reasons: 1) the room had a mouldy and sewage smell, it got better after we talked to the staff about it. 2) limited dining, it was either the restaurant at the hotel - which made me sick, had a cat around you all the time, and dirty cutleries in multiple instances, even after asking for clean ones - or paying 400k in taxi to...

"I stayed here for 2 nights, the people working were great and friendly, they had a taxi service to help us get around as well Unfortunately the rooms had roaches and there even a centipede in my shower And it’s a little far from most of the restaurants and bars and stuff But for the price I really can’t complain I really loved the company of the people working here, that stood out the most, so friendly and helpful"

"Unfortunately, the overall cleanliness of the hotel was very disappointing. The room did not feel properly cleaned when we checked in. The bedsheets looked as if someone had already slept in them, and there were several visible hairs on the bed, including both short hairs and longer strands of hair. There was also a noticeable black handprint on the bedding. The bathrooms were not much better. There was hair all over the inside of one of the drawers, along with rubbish that had clearly not...

"It’s a great property in the sense that you have very comfortable bedrooms, showers, A/C, small jacuzzi pool, very supportive team on the property etc. we stayed for two nights in the two bedroom villa as a bar to explore NusaPenida island. That meant we were outside sightseeing and activities throughout the day and this villa provided a great comfortable home to relax, clean up and sleep. Two reasons why I am giving it four stars. First, it’s quite inside so you need to order in and only two...

"It wasn’t worth it for the price we paid to stay but the staffs were very nice"

"Very good hotel with beach club. Highly recommended"

"The hotel villas and rooms are gorgeous while the foods were not that great. Considering the it's an inclusive resort, it would have been nice to taste the authentic Indonesian flavors instead of a bland taste that is catered toward most westerners. The communication were not great, for example ferry ticket discrepancy (it was quoted for 400K/RT/for 2 ppl but when we got to the ticket place it was for 1 person tix. After several confirmation prior to arrival at the place that it was 400K/RT/...
